Long Title: To amend sections 5.224… [huge list cut] and 6301.23; to enact new section 3301.13 and sections 3301.0731, 3301.111, 3301.132, and 3321.042; and to repeal sections 3301.13, 3302.101, and 3302.102 of the Revised Code; to rename the Department of Education as the Department of Education and Workforce; to create the position of Director of Education and Workforce; and to reform the functions and responsibilities of the State Board of Education and the Superintendent of Public Instruction.
